Sergei Surovikin, the new commander of the Russian occupation forces in Ukraine, has announced that the Russian Federation is transferring its troops to the left bank of the Dnipro River, which means that the Russians are leaving Kherson.

Details: It is reported that Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu was in favour of the proposal to organise defence along the Dnipro River: "Proceed with the withdrawal of troops."

 Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, said that Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine "taking into account the current state of affairs".
